The service was excellent, beginning with scheduling of the appointment, the follow-up communications pertaining to the service techs schedule and arrival. Communications were in the form of text, emails and phone calls. Communications were timely and satisfactory. The tech person arrived as scheduled and expected. The tech was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient​ and shared tidbits of useful information. We have experienced Sears Service on various appliances on 6 to 8 occasions over the last 18 years and have never been dissatisfied or displeased. My comments pertain to Warranty Service.

He did a wonderful job and was very quick and efficient! I was so happy to have next day service, made my entire day better by being so flexible and professional! I was also so pleased with how fast our appliance was fixed!

The service guys that came out were nice but after having 4-5 calls to fix the washer we were at our wits end. Brian got it fixed last week and we are grateful to finally have a washer to use. He said the parts were about $500 could have just replaced the washer in our eyes.

After 2-3 years and I am not exaggerating, I have been having repair men at the house to take care of the temperature of my oven. It was never fixed, and this time when I called, Bell Appliance Repair came out and there was a wire to a part on the back of the stove that was partially burnt. Bell came back with a new part and my oven is finally working the way it is suppose to.

Gentleman was polite and timely. Checked over dehumidifier and adjusted the outflow pipe.

Technician was able to work with my work schedule. Found the problem with my washing machine(provided by landlord, front-loading unit that the drum wasn't spinning) quickly and not only explained the issue to me but fixed it and gave me advice for potential future issues that could occur with the present conditions. Would call again for service on appliances, trust the work.

He was very nice and efficient and took care of anything gat needed to be checked. Asked if I had any questions or concerns with my washer and dryer.

Tom is a professional and courteous man. We were happy with everything except that he didn't return settings to their place. For instance, the washing machine was set at rinse instead of normal wash; it took us a load before we figured that out.

Great service. The only issue is the service window is ridiculous. Sears needs to narrow the service tech arrival window. 8 am to 5 pm is way to extended. Had to take a whole day off work.

Great service. Showed up on time. Was effective and efficient in what was needed to be done and answering questions. Didn't get side tracked and stopped on top of what had to be serviced. Part needed to be ordered and service man ordered it and it was covered under warranty. Would recommend service.
